De functie
Provides and manages the delivery of legal and regulatory advice on U.S. employment law, ERISA plans, and equity compensation for the organization.
Provides counsel on a wide range of issues including employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence and accommodations, wage and hour, pay equity, internal investigations, immigration, recruitment, and mergers/acquisitions and outsourcing.
Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on deep business understanding.
Participates in designing legal advice strategies and approaches to minimize issues; acts as the prime subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
Exercises judgment on complex, confidential matters; identifies root causes and negotiates resolutions; manages risk and compliance with internal policies.
Delivers legal guidance across an enterprise-wide scope, builds relationships with stakeholders, and uses data-driven decision-making to adapt to evolving trends.
