De functie
Lead end-to-end vendor data analytics and KPI governance within Software Quality Operations.
Design automated, scalable metrics, dashboards, and cross-organizational reporting with internal and vendor teams.
Own demand forecasting, workforce planning, budgeting, and plan-to-actual spend monitoring.
Establish architecture and automated systems to enable vendor data analysts to build scalable operational reporting.
Oversee standardized business reviews, enforce SLAs/KPIs, and drive action plans with vendor leadership.
Develop short and long-term project roadmaps, align with senior stakeholders, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
