Own the strategic vision and growth trajectory for North Carolina transportation markets across multiple programs.
Develop and implement 5-year strategic plans and annual budgets aligned with operations and marketing.
Identify opportunities, pursue market expansions, and advise on strategic investments and hires.
Lead client development and account management, creating robust client plans and managing major pursuits.
Direct cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and project teams to optimize pursuits, proposals, and performance metrics.
Travel as needed to engage with clients and stakeholders and represent the organization in industry and community activities.
