De functie
Manage a book of business focused on self-funded and level-funded employee benefits accounts, delivering exceptional client service.
Serve as the primary liaison among clients, prospects, agency team, and producers to resolve issues and build trust.
Coordinate account marketing 120 days before renewal, gather data, and present carrier proposals that fit client needs.
Collaborate with Producers to prepare accurate proposals, calculate premiums and payroll deductions, and audit billing statements.
Develop enrollment materials, guide open enrollment, and ensure smooth transitions between carriers.
Maintain compliance with ACA/ERISA, stay abreast of regulatory changes, and nurture carrier relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
