De functie
The Information Technology Manager ensures reliable, secure, and high-performing technology services to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Lead daily IT operations, including Help Desk, endpoint management, device lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket resolution with a focus on SLAs.
Manage and mentor IT Support Specialists, coordinate with the MSP and vendors, and drive IT process improvements, documentation, and SOPs.
Ensure high availability of network, servers, cloud platforms, ERP integrations, and related devices; perform capacity planning and preventive maintenance.
Enforce cybersecurity controls (endpoint protection, MFA, IAM, vulnerability remediation, patching) and oversee incident response, DR planning, and audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows, manage IT budgets and vendor relations; require 10+ years of IT operations and leadership experience.
