De functie
An HR Advisor provides expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, handling work-related cases and employee relations. The role requires building strong relationships with managers and supporting operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include advising on HR matters, managing employee relations cases, delivering training, and ensuring policy compliance. Candidates should have a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, strong employee relations skills, and a good understanding of UK employment law. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential, alongside the flexibility to travel within the UK. This position promotes continuous HR development and organisational effectiveness.
