De functie
Design and implement a concrete data governance framework to ensure data is trustworthy, compliant, and easily accessible.
Drive data ownership and accountability across engineering teams.
Design and implement scalable pipelines and tooling to automate governance policies (e.g., PII tagging, data classification, and lineage).
Provide clear guidance and implement the "paved paths" for data quality and compliance, empowering teams.
Support the identification and approach to optimising existing data for improved quality and compliance, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
Coach and mentor less senior engineers on data governance and best practices.
