Drive initiatives with minimal oversight to build strong, enduring AI foundations for Unreal Engine 6.
Analyze current ML/LLM-driven NPC systems and craft a strategic plan to unify them within Scene Graph and Verse.
Tackle complex low-level optimization challenges to deliver high-performance gameplay AI across platforms.
Create user-friendly tools and data-driven AI systems (Behavior Trees, Finite State Machines, Pathfinding) for developers.
Collaborate across engine, gameplay, tooling, and QA teams and mentor junior engineers while documenting APIs.
Ensure high-quality player experiences and robust developer UX for AI tooling in live-service environments, with extensibility for future features.
