Responsibilities include managing end-to-end production, driving continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and waste reduction, and aligning capacity with demand. The candidate should possess proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, with a strong understanding of production planning and quality systems. A degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred, along with a full UK driving licence.
