The role
A Head of Operations oversees and transforms operational functions across manufacturing, supply chain, and installation processes. The role involves developing strategies to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve quality and customer delivery. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end production, driving continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and waste reduction, and aligning capacity with demand. The candidate should possess proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, with a strong understanding of production planning and quality systems. A degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred, along with a full UK driving licence.
