The role
Line 1: Lead end-to-end ML initiatives for search and discovery, focusing on query understanding, ranking, and widget quality.
Line 2: Diagnose root causes of defects in the search experience and propose state-of-the-art ML, DL, and LLM-based solutions.
Line 3: Build and deploy production-ready models, perform experiments, optimize performance, and scale ML pipelines.
Line 4: Establish automated data analysis, model validation, and serving processes; run rigorous A/B experiments and analyses.
Line 5: Present insights to leadership and mentor junior engineers to uplift ML capabilities across the organization.
Line 6: Drive innovation by thinking beyond conventional approaches and leading cross-functional collaboration for product impact.
