The role
Oversee and optimize service operations for Two-Way Communications, ensuring timely maintenance, installations, and repairs.
Lead, train, and develop the service team; set performance objectives and monitor daily tasks and major projects.
Manage incoming service requests, prioritize urgent issues, and coordinate with Sales for estimates and quotes.
Maintain service part inventory and the service calendar to ensure on-time scheduling and resource efficiency.
Generate reports for management and customers; maintain accurate repair logs in HubSpot, Zuper, and RMI.
Resolve issues across departments and on-site with customers, including emergency service and large equipment deployments.
