The role
Human Resources Manager: Leads HR functions, including benefits, payroll, recruitment, associate relations, compliance, and wellness initiatives. Oversees administration of benefits, payroll, and recruitment processes. Manages HR staff, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Requires 5-10+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Strong knowledge of benefits, payroll, and employment law.
