The role
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and scientists to tackle Gen AI challenges across text, image, and video modalities.
Design, run, and analyze experiments to evaluate algorithms and models; iterate quickly to drive performance improvements.
Think long-term about the arc of Generative AI development and identify opportunities to apply these technologies to real-world problems.
Develop and implement state-of-the-art methods for supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning with human feedback.
Communicate results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and written reports.
Translate research into scalable solutions for large-scale use cases with measurable impact on customer experiences.
