The role
A corporate tax lawyer supported by the legal qualifications in England and Wales and a minimum of three years post-qualified experience in corporate tax. They will deliver technical tax advice, draft and negotiate transactions, and interpret complex legal concepts into clear commercial solutions. The role involves working with clients from entrepreneurs to large international corporations, especially in energy and renewables, providing expert guidance on VAT, SDLT, corporation tax, and employee share schemes. Key skills include strong drafting, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to communicate intricate legal details effectively.
