The role
Join as a Painter & Decorator in Kingston to perform internal and external painting, mould treatments, and minor repairs in occupied properties, delivering durable, high-quality finishes.
Work independently and as part of a team with strong communication to ensure excellent customer care and liaison with residents.
Report to the Supervisor, adhere to health and safety regulations, wear PPE, and follow company policies and equal opportunities.
Accurately complete timesheets, paperwork, PDA/base data entry, and cost coding to support efficient service delivery.
Carry out risk assessments, site safety checks, and, when needed, mentor apprentices while supporting sustainability initiatives.
Requirements include a full clean driving license, willingness to work at heights, and readiness to undertake related training.
