The role
Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects across the western U.S.
Lead detailed takeoffs of materials, labor, equipment, and production rates with precision.
Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing to strengthen the numbers.
Leverage historical data, market trends, and risk assessment to support bid strategy.
Create bid summaries, risk registers, and complete backup packages for internal reviews.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and leadership; translate project details into actionable estimates and support site visits as needed.
