The role
Lead the people operations as a hands-on HR Manager, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day employee engagement.
Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, compensation strategy, benefits, and HRIS improvements in a growth-focused environment.
Oversee full employee lifecycle—from strategic talent acquisition and immersive onboarding to performance evaluation and development.
Mentor and manage an HR team, optimize workload distribution, and monitor departmental KPIs for continuous improvement.
Ensure labor law compliance and develop, audit, and refine organizational policies across Federal, State, and local mandates.
Deliver data-driven guidance to department heads on workforce planning, employee relations, and targeted HR initiatives.
