The role
Seeking a Construction Estimator to generate accurate bids and quotes for construction projects in the Chambersburg, PA area.
Prepare and review detailed estimates to ensure profitability targets and alignment with project scope.
Learn and use industry-specific estimating software to create, manage, and track bids.
Identify and pursue bid opportunities from job postings and sites; maintain follow-up with GCs and project personnel.
Enter new opportunities into the company system, assist with scheduling awarded projects, and support project management.
Maintain rigorous attention to detail and numerical accuracy to support competitive margins.
