The role
Develop and deploy advanced ML-based planning models using map and perception sensor data to guide autonomous trucking trajectories.
Design and implement critical safety checks to ensure feasibility and adherence to rules of the road.
Maintain real-time performance and efficiency in compute-constrained environments while scaling with data.
Lead rigorous experimentation: define training/validation datasets, metrics, and evaluation protocols using modern frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
Ensure work complies with the Quality Management System and regulatory standards, contributing to continuous improvement.
Collaborate across teams with strong communication, and leverage cloud data ingestion pipelines and software development best practices (Python, C++).
