The role
Provide expert HR guidance to managers and staff on policies, procedures, and employment law.
Handle employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice.
Lead HR projects aligned with strategic goals to enhance the employee experience.
Collaborate with managers to develop talent and foster a positive, high-performing workforce.
Analyze HR data and trends to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
