The role
Own and optimize the search quality to deliver a best-in-class experience for billions of requests in real-time.
Leverage product goals and ML/IR expertise to enhance ranking, relevance, and perceived search quality.
Build core systems for query understanding, result ranking, and query recommendation, ensuring scale and reliability.
Provide technical leadership to drive search strategy, recall, ranking, and system reliability.
Guide and mentor teammates, share knowledge, and foster a culture of learning and problem-solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate objectives into robust, scalable ML-driven search solutions.
