The role
Lead rigorous statistical analyses and experimental design to uncover causal relationships that drive growth strategies.
Own end-to-end analytical pipelines, dashboards, and certified data codebases to ensure reproducible, scalable insights.
Partner with product, marketing, and analytics teams to surface executive-ready findings that inform acquisition, activation, and retention.
Design and analyze advanced experiments beyond basic A/B tests to improve accuracy and scalability across initiatives.
Automate workflows, develop reusable tools, and seek efficiencies to increase team impact and speed of insight delivery.
Mentor stakeholders and translate complex quantitative concepts for non-technical audiences while promoting best practices in analytics.
