The role

The Stagehand Electrician controls lighting equipment used in live performances, including Follow Spots, Moving Lights, and conventional instruments, following best practices during shows.
Responsibilities include assembling and disassembling all electrical equipment, loading and unloading, and assisting in directing local crews.
Work aligns with production cues to meet standards and requires regular maintenance to preserve high equipment integrity.
You will tour year-round, participate in rigging calls, load-ins, and load-outs, and contribute to continuous improvement of the electrical department.
Requirements include related experience or training in electrics for live performance, ability to read basic instructions and diagrams, and use test equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and ammeters.
The role demands climbing and working at heights up to 40 feet and strict adherence to safety and security procedures.
