The role
Assembles and installs sub-assembly components on HVAC units following approved specs and work instructions.
Interprets blueprints and diagrams to verify parts and ensure proper assembly.
Works with teammates to maintain workflow, accuracy, and meet daily production targets.
Performs quality checks and inspections on parts and assemblies, documenting results as required.
Handles materials and finished products safely, keeps a clean, organized workspace, and adheres to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Raises equipment issues, safety concerns, or shortages promptly and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
