The role
Operate the pleater line to produce pleated filter sheets and assist with the packaging line.
Stretch or resize pleated sheets to match air filter dimensions.
Inspect final products for holes/tears and verify carton quantities and labels.
Serve as a runner to supply production materials and maintain material flow.
Perform quality inspections on lines and communicate any issues to the team.
Collaborate with teammates, adapt to tasks, and clean up at shift end.
