The role
The position involves monitoring and supporting a team of assessment professionals, providing guidance and documentation of apprentices' skills, with a focus on industry compliance and professional development. Candidates should hold relevant assessor and IQA qualifications alongside a plumbing qualification, with recent CPD evidence related to standard and industry. Responsibilities include assessment, guidance, and documentation, requiring strong organisational and technical skills in plumbing standards. The role entails working alongside other industry professionals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge, and supporting apprentice development within a structured assessment environment. Candidates must demonstrate their industry expertise through comprehensive CPD logs and relevant qualifications, as well as excellent communication skills. The role is contracted on an annual basis, with no direct employment, fitting flexible working arrangements.
