Lead Independent End-point Assessor

The position involves monitoring and supporting a team of independent assessors, providing guidance to different operational teams, and evaluating apprentices' competence based on recognised standards. Candidates must hold both assessor and IQA qualifications, possess a relevant plumbing qualification, and demonstrate current industry-related CPD. Responsibilities include maintaining assessor competence, advising on assessment matters, and adhering to industry standards. Skills required include industry expertise, assessment competency, and strong communication abilities, with technical knowledge of assessment practices. The role is contracted on an annual basis and does not include direct employment with the organisation.
