The role
The position involves supporting and assessing apprentices against industry standards, providing advice to various teams, and maintaining industry competency through relevant CPD. Candidates must hold both Assessor and IQA qualifications and have a relevant plumbing qualification. The role requires evidence of continual professional development related to industry standards. Applicants should submit a detailed CPD log with their CV, demonstrating industry competence. Successful candidates will be invited to a training session and contract on an annual basis. The role is contract-based and not directly employed by the group, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
