The role
Lead performance analysis and optimization efforts for large-scale ML models, delivering measurable improvements in speed and efficiency.
Collaborate with product teams, researchers, and Cloud partners to identify performance bottlenecks and define impactful solutions.
Apply techniques such as sharding, quantization, and sparsity to enhance model performance while preserving quality.
Analyze and visualize performance metrics, debug issues, and drive end-to-end improvements across deployment pipelines.
Contribute to software design and architecture, mentor teammates, and participate in technical leadership responsibilities.
Work within a cross-functional Core team to shape foundational elements and scale AI performance across systems.
