The role
Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML-powered ranking models to improve relevance, engagement, and conversion on our e-commerce platform.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate research into production-ready models and contribute to the ranking experimentation platform.
Build and maintain data and feature pipelines for model training and real-time inference, including offline evaluation and online A/B testing.
Develop embedding-based retrieval systems and neural ranking components, including transformers and multi-task learning frameworks.
Evolve the architecture of ranking and retrieval systems to enable rapid experimentation and scalable deployment.
Contribute to ML infrastructure strategy, tooling, monitoring, and best practices for reliability and performance.
