The role
You are a technical leader at the intersection of ML and software engineering, responsible for the full lifecycle of complex ML systems from design to deployment and monitoring.
Design and implement scalable model serving platforms for both batch and real-time inference, with robust deployment pipelines and automated testing.
Create infrastructure for A/B testing, model experimentation, versioning, and rollback to enable safe, iterative improvements.
Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure observability and reliability of ML services.
Collaborate with data scientists to optimize serving performance, scale ML workloads, and ensure efficient resource usage (CPU/GPU) and low latency.
Provide technical leadership, define architecture, promote best practices, and mentor others while balancing hands-on coding with system design.
