The role
Lead the long-term data science strategy for a rapidly growing omnichannel supply chain.
Manage end-to-end projects from data gathering and cleaning to modeling and delivering actionable insights.
Develop scalable optimization models (linear and integer programming) to balance customer experience with costs and asset efficiency.
Build scenario modeling capabilities to assess output sensitivity across multiple variables.
Identify opportunities and drive cross-functional collaboration, obtaining alignment from key stakeholders.
Present executive-ready recommendations and lead change initiatives without direct people management responsibility.
