Application Manager - Healthcare

As an Application Manager in healthcare IT, own and optimize case management and EHR-style platforms supporting human services workflows. Administer, configure, and provide ongoing support for applications covering client records, treatment plans, assessments, and regulatory documentation. Translate operational and regulatory requirements into configured workflows, forms, rules, and reports through close collaboration with program staff and clinical teams. Design front-end reports and dashboards, applying data governance to ensure accuracy, auditability, and compliance. Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Analyst teams to support quality measure reporting and data collection. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions while working remotely from the United States.
