The role
Deliver friendly, five-star customer service in person, over the phone, and via chat, adapting communication to solve problems.
Efficiently manage customer flow using store systems to support accurate, positive shopping experiences.
Support operations including inventory, cash wrap, alterations information, and promotions to meet customer needs.
Proactively address concerns, escalate when needed, and build long-term relationships to drive loyalty.
Maintain store standards and dress code while guiding alterations awareness and personalization options.
Assist with promotions and visual updates, process transactions accurately, and perform additional duties as assigned.
