The role
Lead day-to-day influencer program operations for creator-driven campaigns across Minecraft initiatives, ensuring authentic, community-first activations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate campaign priorities into detailed creator briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage creator outreach, contracting workflows, scheduling, asset delivery, and launch support across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
Identify and engage both top-tier and rising Minecraft creators, maintaining strong relationships with agencies and external partners.
Track performance, contribute to dashboards and post-campaign recaps, and translate insights into actionable optimizations for future activations.
Ensure partnerships align with brand values, game tone, and player expectations while supporting tentpole moments and live events.
