The role

The Marine Electrician will perform repairs and installations of electrical systems, wires, communications, audiovisual, security-related marine electronics, and AC/DC systems. Wire, rewire, and install electrical systems following blueprints and diagrams; install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot marine electronics. Install and configure Raymarine, Garmin, Simrad, B&G, KVH, Intellian, and other marine systems. Set up an efficient field work area to provide quality service on boats in remote locations; deliver onboard diagnostic evaluations and software updates, and train customers on proper operation. Work from manuals, network drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions; submit work orders, parts orders, and warranty registrations. Maintain an accurate schedule and time-keeping; follow company policies, safety rules, and professional standards; operate hand and power tools to install or replace equipment. Additional duties as requested.
