The role
Lead and mentor a small engineering team to deliver embedded hardware and PCB solutions for new product launches.
Drive the design and development of embedded hardware, PCBs, and control panels in industrial automation settings.
Own project management across multiple initiatives, setting clear expectations and ensuring on-time delivery.
Champion continuous improvement through root cause analysis to enhance reliability and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, operations, and external partners to translate market needs into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support, report project status and risks to senior leadership, and shape the product roadmap.
