Motivate and lead participants through fun, engaging group fitness classes in a lively on-site setting. Create positive memories for every participant, every day. Maintain a positive, energetic attitude with the ability to motivate others. Hold current state-approved First Aid and CPR/AED certifications and maintain a recognized national group fitness instructor credential (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or NETA). Require a current instructor certification in Zumba, Jazzercise, MixxedFit, or a comparable dance-based format.
