The role
As an Applied Scientist in the Skill Builder initiative, you will design and implement scalable ML solutions leveraging large language models to improve discovery and engagement for an international learner audience.
Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, scientists, and product managers to define requirements, success metrics, and deliver high-quality AI-powered features.
Conduct thorough data analysis to extract insights, identify patterns, and drive actionable recommendations that boost operational performance and learner experience.
Continuously evaluate state-of-the-art NLP/ML techniques to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of systems.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing product direction.
Work in a global, inclusive environment that values curiosity, mentorship, and the opportunity to impact how millions learn cloud technologies.
