The role
Lead the design and development of large-scale reinforcement learning (RL) training frameworks to accelerate multi-modal AV foundation models.
Design, build, and optimize simulation and data processing pipelines to enable scalable training of driving policies.
Focus on measuring and improving simulation fidelity and refining reward functions for RL training.
Ensure reliability and performance of training workflows on large GPU clusters with robust monitoring and debugging tools.
Collaborate with researchers to integrate state-of-the-art model architectures into efficient, scalable training pipelines.
Require 12+ years of experience in ML training, AV systems, simulation, and AI infrastructure; strong leadership and productization track record.
