The role
Take ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle for ads, from research and modeling to production deployment and optimization.
Design, build, and maintain scalable ML models for ad ranking, bidding, and measurement, delivering KPI-driven improvements.
Perform systematic feature engineering on diverse data to transform raw information into high-quality features that boost model performance.
Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into practical ML solutions.
Establish robust monitoring, alerting, and automated retraining pipelines to improve reliability and stability of ML systems.
