The role
Lead the multi-year roadmap for the Core GenAI Platform, guiding adoption across multiple engineering teams.
Architect and deliver large-scale, mission-critical systems for model inference, orchestration, and compliance.
Identify and mitigate systemic technical risks affecting cross-team AI initiatives.
Build high-leverage, generalizable platform components that boost engineer productivity.
Mentor senior engineers and develop future technical leaders, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Collaborate with VP-level leadership to align technical direction with business strategy, ensuring security, fairness, and reliability at scale.
