The role
Own end-to-end AI initiatives, from opportunity discovery to production deployment.
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across products and internal platforms.
Partner with product, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
Architect and implement agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related tools; manage prompt design, structured outputs, and tool calls with guardrails.
Lead decisions on AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, and quality metrics; drive iteration, scaling, and long-term maintenance.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and bring them into production thoughtfully, balancing experimentation with reliability.
