The role
Defend insured clients in pending and ongoing litigation across the assigned state, including occasional travel.
Adhere to State Bar ethics and maintain continuing legal education requirements.
Collaborate with claims legal personnel and manage files promptly and efficiently in a 100% electronic, paperless system (Litify).
Participate in QA reviews and contribute to recurring management reports and training of paralegals and legal assistants.
Handle tort and negligence actions and coverage disputes in both state and federal courts for personal and commercial lines.
This is a 100% remote position with occasional in-person meetings and trainings.
