The role
Provide expert advice and negotiate a broad set of complex commercial contracts related to software licenses, SaaS, services, and NDAs.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements to balance legal risk with business objectives and ensure timely deal closure.
Offer pragmatic compliance guidance and regulatory analysis for the US market, collaborating with sales, finance, and operations.
Work with regional and global teams to support cross-border transactions and maintain efficient contract processes and templates.
Manage contract lifecycle activities, update legal policies, and contribute to improving systems and workflows.
Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and a client-service mindset in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.
