The role
Serve as the primary in-house legal resource for a growing real estate investment and development platform, handling a broad range of commercial and residential matters.
Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial and residential leases, loan documents, and purchase and sale agreements.
Manage due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions and coordinate with outside counsel on specialized matters.
Provide practical, business-minded legal guidance to executives, balancing risk with commercial objectives.
Oversee development- and construction-related contracts, and contribute to internal process improvements, templates, and workflows.
Maintain active Colorado Bar license (California Bar preferred) and 5+ years of commercial real estate experience; hybrid work arrangement in Greenwood Village, CO.
