The role
Serve as a practical, solution-driven Employment Attorney advising employers on a range of complex legal issues.
Provide risk-aware counseling on performance documentation, discipline, termination, layoffs, and employment agreements.
Draft and review policies, handbooks, waivers, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, and related documents.
Represent employers in state and federal agency proceedings and respond to EEO/civil rights claims.
Deliver live and virtual trainings on harassment, wage and hour, FMLA, disability law, and other HR topics.
Collaborate with HR and management, translate legal priorities into practical business solutions while building strong client relationships.
