The role
Lead the design and operation of the Gradient AI platform, delivering a simple and innovative agent development experience.
Architect and evolve backend systems and customer-facing interactions to achieve low latency, high reliability, and cost efficiency.
Set technical standards, tooling, and infrastructure guidelines, and mentor engineers to uphold architectural rigor and operational excellence.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.
Oversee operations: availability, performance tuning, failover strategies, capacity planning, and disaster recovery; drive automation via IaC and CI/CD.
Drive internal tooling and future roadmaps for new agent-development paradigms, aiming to productize them across the organization.
