The role
Seeking a Plaintiff Employment Attorney to handle wage-and-hour disputes, consumer protection class actions, and individual employment matters.
This role supports a regional practice in Washington with a fully remote work arrangement and occasional travel for meetings.
You will manage case strategy, discovery, and negotiations to advocate for plaintiffs in wage-hour and employment actions.
Compensation includes a base salary from 225,000 to 350,000 with structured bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
Mid-level to partner-level attorneys are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative group.
Ideal candidates will have experience in wage-hour litigation, consumer protection class actions, and broader employment-law matters, with a commitment to professional development.
